Our approach

A voice in your ear is a responsibility

Audio is the most trusting medium there is: no bylines, no URLs, defenses down at 7am. These are the commitments we engineered before anything else, and how to hold us to them.

Every item carries its basis

Under each chapter of your brief sits a label naming what it was composed from: material you added, identified by name, or the language model's own knowledge, dated. The label is not decoration; it renders from the same structured field our system validates, so an unlabeled chapter cannot exist.

You should never have to wonder whether the warm voice in your ear is reading you a source or a guess. Now you never do.

The brief never invents breaking events

If your account has no live source for a topic, your brief does not pretend to have this morning's headlines. It speaks in honest tenses: context, trends, what to watch. Fake immediacy is a firing offense for a human anchor, and we hold the model to the same standard, in validation code, not just in a prompt.

When live news-source connectors reach your account, dated articles will flow through the same pipeline as source-labeled material, and the label will name the publication.

Calm and balanced on contested ground

A personal show that quietly drifted toward your existing views would be a comfortable little radicalization engine, and it would probably retain very well. We are not building it.

On topics people disagree about, the composition contract requires fair description and attribution: what the positions are and who holds them, in a calm register. Your brief informs you; it does not recruit you.

Your interests are yours

Your topics, tone, and episodes exist to compose your brief and for no other purpose. No selling, no ad targeting, no shadow profile of inferred interests.

Export everything as JSON in one click. Delete your account and the cascade is real and immediate: shows, episodes, counters, gone. Both buttons live in Settings and neither requires talking to us.

Hold us to it

Caught the brief breaking a rule?

Tell us. Basis mishaps and tone drift are severity-one bugs here, and we will say so in the changelog when we fix them.
